GREEN BAY, Wis. — Skyy Moore’s 16-yard punt return in Friday night’s preseason game against the Denver Broncos would’ve been tied for the second-longest on the team in Green Bay last season.
That, alone, may be enough to land the return specialist’s name on the Lambeau Field façade. That’s how low the bar is.
But if that’s the case, it’s no wonder why Moore doesn’t feel much urgency heading into Friday’s exhibition finale against the Arizona Cardinals—the last true audition before Sunday’s roster cut-downs. He may have already done enough to solidify his place on the Packers’ initial 53-man roster as their primary return man.
